BRAINTREE, MA - A vendor of blood management solutions for healthcare companies says its new agreement with GE Healthcare Financial Services will broaden equipment financing options for its customers.

Haemonetics Corp's customers will have a full range of equipment financing options from GE Healthcare Financial Services. Braintree, Mass-based Haemonetics delivers devices, IT, consumables and consulting services to blood collectors and hospitals worldwide.

"With this expansion, our customers are looking for a broader range of financing options to invest in our technology," said Mark Beucler, vice president and general manager for Haemonetics' Global Distribution Channel Management. "This agreement with GE Healthcare Financial Services will better position Haemonetics to offer turn-key financing programs that meet the individualized needs of our customers."

The product line offered by Haemonetics is currently expanding under new acquisitions and developments, the company noted in a release.

GE Healthcare Financial Services announced last week that it had entered a five-year vendor financing agreement with Sechrist Industries, a maker of oxygen chambers and respiratory equipment.
