The Sullivan Group, a provider of risk management solutions for the healthcare industry, has announced an alliance with global insurance broker Willis Group Holdings of New York to provide Willis healthcare clients with additional and enhanced clinical risk management products and services.

Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. has announced a contract amendment with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services to provide managed care enrollment broker services for the state's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) contract. ACS has worked with the state since 1985.
