The singer/songwriter, who provided lead vocals on hits like "Take It Easy" and "Peaceful Easy Feeling," was 67 when he died in January 2016.
Glenn Frey had ulcerative colitis, and Cindy Frey is accusing the hospital of negligence in its diagnosis and treatment of Frey from October to November of 2015. Frey's illness was compounded by pneumonia and rheumatoid arthritis.
