The affiliation is subject to regulatory approval, the healthcare providers said.
KishHealth operates the Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb and the Valley West Hospital in Sandwich.
In September, Illinois-based Cadence Health also joined Northwestern in a similar affiliation.
