Michael McAnder is the new chief financial officer of Piedmont Healthcare, the health system announced June 10.
McAnder officially steps in as CFO on July 13, succeeding current Piedmont CFO Charlie Hall.
McAnder has 33 years of experience in the healthcare field, most recently as senior vice president of financial operations for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, Calif. He previously worked in financial operations for Alina Hospitals and Clinics in Minneapolis, Banner Health in Phoenix and Lutheran Healthcare Network in Mesa, Ariz.
