Lawson, Huron Consulting form new partnership

Lawson Software has announced a new partnership with the Huron Consulting Group to more effectively deliver Lawson Grant Management and Lawson Business Intelligence solutions. The partnership will focus first on healthcare institutions like the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, which implemented Lawson Grant Management earlier this year and conducts more than $100 million annually in externally sponsored research. “Many organizations today … are becoming increasingly reliant on grant revenue, but the competition for grants makes it more difficult to obtain those needed grants,” said Brian Sterrett, Lawson’s vice president of channels and partners. “It’s becoming much more critical to have a solid grant management strategy and a technology solution with business intelligence capabilities to back it up.”
