YouDecide.com, Inc., a Duluth, Ga-based provider of voluntary employee benefit products and services and a division of the Vbenx Corporation, has acquired the RewardsPlus of America Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of RealLife HR. The purchase includes the agency's SureDeduct/SurePay technology, the company's single-slot payroll deduction technology.

Watertown, Mass.-based athenahealth, Inc. has announced that its national client base of thousands of medical providers will be fully compliant with the new National Provider Identifier (NPI) Final Rule, sponsored by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, slated to take effect May 23.

Allscripts, a Chicago-based provider of clinical software, connectivity and information solutions for physicians, has announced that PriMed Physicians of Dayton, Ohio and Health First Physicians of Cincinnati will deploy TouchWorks Electronic Health Record and Practice Management to automate and connect clinical and administrative processes for their 80 physicians. The agreement was arranged by MediSync, a Cincinnati management services organization.
