Conmed Healthcare Management of Hanover, Va., has signed a three-year, $9.1 million deal with the City of Roanoke, Va., to provide healthcare services to 600 inmates in the city’s jail. The contract includes medical, dental, mental health and administrative staffing and pharmacy,
