Vendor Notebook - Healthation signs agreement with Core V Solutions

Healthation, a Darien, Ill.-based provider of claims management technology, has signed an agreement with Core V Solutions, Inc., a licensed third-party administrator and insurance agency based in Frisco, Texas, to allow Core V to implement the AcceleHealth enterprise payer solution for comprehensive benefits, claims and broker commission administration and its integrated AboveHealth Portal, which delivers interactive self-service capabilities across its medical, dental, life and pharmacy lines of business.

Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. of Dallas, Texas has signed a five-year, $44 million contract with the state of Florida to run a third-party liability program for Florida Medicaid administered by the state’s Agency for Healthcare Administration. As part of the contract, ACS will deploy its business process and TPL technologies.

GetWellNetwork, Inc. of Bethesda, Md. has rolled out version 3.0 of its PatientLife System, designed to “enable hospitals to provide better patient-centered care through enhanced decision support, improved usability and additional opportunities for revenue generation.”
