Vendor Notebook - IncentOne completes Camden Partners financing

IncentOne, a Lyndhurst, N.J.-based provider in integrated incentive solutions, has completed a second round of financing from Camden Partners Holdings, LLC, a Baltimore-based private equity firm. The money will be used to expand the company’s position in healthcare incentives.
 
Thomson Reuters, based in Ann Arbor, Mich., and Boston-based HighRoads have launched a new analytic application designed to give large employers new insights into how the design of their health benefits influences employees’ healthcare choices. The two firms will integrate Thomson Reuters’ information on employee contributions and plan designs into The Lab, HighRoads’ real-time benefits database.
 
Compliance 360, a provider of software-as-a-service solutions for enterprise governance, risk management and compliance, has formed a new partnership with Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, LLC, an independent healthcare management consulting firm. The two companies will offer complementary software and consulting services to help healthcare providers deal with regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit and claims audit management.
 
RelayHealth, based in Atlanta, has announced that the Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa., is implementing the company’s RevRunner eligibility solution to improve patients’ understanding of their health insurance benefits.

Ingenix, based in Eden Prairie, Minn., has launched a new program to help physicians integrate healthcare IT into their practices that includes interest-free financing, health information technology services and performance guarantees centered around the company’s CareTracker EHR. The Ingenix loan program is underwritten by OptumHealth Bank.
 
Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions of Chicago has introduced the Allscripts Stimulus Program, which provides physicians with a guarantee that the Allscripts EHR will meet certification standards set forth by the Department of Health and Human Services. The program also enables physicians to forego payments on new software for the first six months on purchases of EHR solutions. Finally, the company has announced that the Renaissance Medical Management Company of Wayne, Pa., will implement the Allscripts EHR and Practice Management (PM) system for 51 family practice and internal medicine physicians.
