WebMD Health Corp. has announced that its financial results for the three months ending Dec. 31, 2006 are expected to be above the high end of its previously announced range of financial guidance, thanks in part to higher than expected revenues from online advertising. Fourth quarter revenues are expected to be approximately $79 million to $80 million, well above the $73.5 million to $76.5 million previously forecast. In addition, WebMD recorded approximately 35 million unique monthly users and 800 million page views during December, an increase of approximately 35 percent in both areas over the same period last year.
