Sonix Medical Technologies of Hauppage, N.Y. and AutoMedicWorks LLC of Sarasota, Fla. have entered into a joint venture to produce MedEvince, which automates the business of evidence-based medicine with EMR and electronic charge capture, enabling physicians to maintain documentation in real time, directly in the workflow. MedEvince allows the physician, at the point of care, to capture all related patient information, CPT and diagnostic codes, as well as other pertinent information.
