Spring has brought good news to the nation's jobs market – and a return of jobs growth in the healthcare sector.
The country added 192,000 jobs in March reported the Bureau of Labor Statistics Friday morning. After three months of little change, the healthcare sector added 19,000 jobs.

In the healthcare sector, ambulatory healthcare services had the strongest growth, adding 19,500 jobs, while nursing care facilities fared the worst, losing 5,200. Hospitals added 4,000, home healthcare services added 8,500 and offices of physicians added 4,400.
Professional and business services continued to look strong, adding 57,000 jobs in March. Within the sector, temporary help services grew by 28,500. Food services and drinking places also continued climbing, adding more than 30,000 jobs last month.
BLS noted that employment numbers for January were revised from 129,000 to 144,000 and February numbers were revised from more than 175,000 to 197,000. March’s unemployment rate remained unchanged at 6.7 percent.
